From I-80: 

• Take R Ave/Veteran's Memorial Dr SOUTH into Van Meter. 
• Continue through Van Meter and head EAST on Elm/East St./R16
• Continue across 360th St/R90 (Highway 90) 
• Turn SOUTH on Seneca Ave/Quail Ridge Avenue
• Continue across the lake (Badger Creek State Park lake)
• 2 miles past the lake on the left-hand side, Blue House with several out-buildings
